MEGIR® SPIRIT

Team spirit and goal congruence is an essential element for any company in order to succeed. To bring the employees of MEGIR® closer to each other and to enhance their interpersonal coordination, the company organized an outdoor activity for its entire staff and encouraged them to take part in the LANGYA OUTWARD BOUND.

The activity consisted of many challenging tracks and traps, which could only be accomplished through effective team work, concentration and psychological skills. Although the tasks had to be taken independently, a proper coordination between team members was essential to make it to the finishing point.

Here's a peek into the 'Broken Bridge' activity, in which the players had to jump across a gaped bridge for progressing to the next level.

Another level of the activity was the 'Fast Counting', which required rapid thinking, analytical skills and flexibility of the players to showcase their response speed, and quicker decision making techniques.

'Rock Climbing' was also a part of the activity, and the whole point of it was to encourage the players to take a small step towards higher altitudes. Even for those with weak physical strength, the activity encouraged the team members to keep moving upwards, coping up with their fears and to never back down.

'Tug of War' was also an activity in which the players were reminded that a power of a single individual may be weak, but together as a team, they can accomplish milestones.

In the LANGYA Outward Bound, everyone worked together and became united as one. Confidence and courage to overcome the difficulties was the purpose of the overall activities. Nothing is impossible when everyone is determined to succeed and this is what we saw happening.
