All items can be refunded within 30 days from the receipt of order. To be eligible for a refund, your item must have a defect (or similar) in the condition you have received it.

In order to avail a refund, the first step is to inform us about the defect by sending us an email along with the video/picture of the product received.

Additionally, please retain the original delivery packaging, i.e padded envelope or box with address label still attached. This MUST be provided to us for issuing a refund in all circumstances. If you find that the product you have received is not working,kindly refrain to use it and do not remove any protective covers/labels.


What are the exceptions to our Retuns & Refund Policy?

Kindly refer to our Shipping & Delivery page. If you do not receive your order even after the maximum no. of days have passed, kindly contact us and we will take up the matter with the courier company to check whether it is a delay or the item has been lost/delivered to the wrong address. You only become eligible for a refund if the courier company explicitly accepts its mistake and is ready to compensate for the lost item. We will share the our entire conversation with the supplier/courier company with you transparently.

Please note that it is necessary to provide us with an official proof from your post-office or relevant authorities regarding the item not received. In return, we will also provide you the proof of shipment sent. As these matters are complicated, we appreciate your patience. We will do everything possible from our end to compensate your for your valid loss.


What is considered as a defect?

If the item you have received is not working, or it is not functioning properly, the clasp or band is damaged, item shows scratches or signs of wear & tear, the order can be deemed as defected. Please note that damaged packing is not a valid reason for a return/refund as we ensure that the order being shipped is packed properly in export worthy packaging material. Hence any defect caused to the outer packing by the courier company during transit is beyond our control. 

How do I become eligible for a refund?

How do I avail a Refund?

To avail a refund, kindly send us back the defected item you have received to 'MEGIR WATCHES OFFICIAL', Building 60, Road 0902, Al Hidd 109, Kingdom of Bahrain and share the tracking information. Return postage shall be paid by the sender. Once we receive the defected item, we will immediately take corrective actions and give you the option to either get a replacement or refund. Depending on your payment provider, the overall refund process may take up to 14 days.

Kindly note that all our items are labeled and serialized. If you send us a product for refund purchased from a different website/source, we will immediately know it and your ticket will be closed immediately.

Can I exchange the item received?

Yes! However, the product to be exchanged should be sent back to us in its original condition as received. Return postage shall be paid by the sender. Exchanges are 100% free, with extra charges only applicable if the value of the new item requested is higher than the originally purchased item. Our professional Customer Services Team shall guide you through the process wherever and whenever needed.
